BOARDING

With immediate effect, we are pleased to announce we shall be offering private boarding for cats. For booking information, terms and conditions and availability, please phone the Home on 0300 1114321.

Charges

Our 2011 boarding prices are £9.00 per day for one cat and £16.00 per day for two cats sharing. This includes VAT. We may be able to accommodate more than two cats per cat pen depending on age and size. Please ask for details.

We ask for a deposit of £20.00 non-refundable deposit at the time the booking is confirmed. For the period July – September inclusive and over the Christmas/New Year period (18th December – 3rd January inc.), a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 (or the balance if less than £50.00) will be required. The minimum time for which boarding facilities can be reserved during the Christmas/New Year period will be 4 days.

Owners will need to complete our boarding form (click here) and return it to us within 7 days of booking, together with the appropriate deposit, for the reservation to be confirmed. If this is not done, the reservation will be cancelled.

Vaccination

All boarding cats must be fully vaccinated. We are obliged by law to refuse admission for boarding unless a valid vaccination certificate is produced at the time the cat is brought in. Despite every precaution, from time to time we have cases of infectious influenza at the Home. We therefore require each cat to be vaccinated against this.

Accommodation

We offer clean and modern cat pens, each with access to its own outdoor run. Many of us have cats of our own, as well as caring for a large number here at the Home, so we understand how difficult it can be to give up your cat for boarding while you are away. You are very welcome to view our boarding accommodation and speak to our staff if you are thinking about boarding your cat with us.
